We're halfway through - happy Wednesday, space fans!
SpaceX's Starship V3 megarocket is still set to launch tomorrow, May 21. We will be providing live updates every step of the way as the rocket goes through a wet dress rehearsal today and hopefully moves forward toward launch. Keep your fingers crossed for a spectacular show tomorrow.
While we watch for SpaceX's test of this latest iteration of its rocket, we also sadly report that one of the company's worker died at SpaceX's Starbase facility in the lead-up to launch. There is still much mystery surrounding this tragic event, but you can read more to see what we have uncovered for now as the investigation continues.
Beyond SpaceX, we have breaking news on NASA laying the groundwork for an orbital gas station, NASA's Psyche probe got some incredible views of Mars on its way to the asteroid, a look at strange "relaxed" galaxy cluster, and a countdown to the new Mandalorian and Grogu movie coming out later this week.
Check out what's big in space below!

And that's it for our space update today!
Stay tuned as tomorrow we will (hopefully) see SpaceX's Starship V3 megarocket, the new version of the company's rocket, blasting off from the launch pad. Keep your eyes peeled as, in addition to the launch, we'll be breaking down the difference between Starship V3 and the company's previous iterations.
We also are looking forward to some incredible new science from NASA's MAVEN spacecraft, strange galaxies will be uncovered, and we have news about some gravitational wave detectors.
So keep your eyes peeled for weird science and set your alarms so you don't miss a seriously major megarocket launch.
