Уважаемые коллеги!

На заседании Ученого совета в пятницу 14 апреля в 11:30  будет заслушан
доклад:

В. Зюзин
*Эффект де Гааза - ван Альфена и квантовые осцилляции как функция
температуры в коррелированных изоляторах*

Теоретически изучены осцилляции де Гааза-ван Альфена в изоляторах.
Изоляторы в нашей работе описываются моделью, в которой энергетическая
щель образуется в результате гибридизации энергетических уровней в точке
их пересечения за счёт взаимодействия между фермионами. Изучен механизм,
при котором энергетическая щель, вычисленная самосогласованным образом,
становится периодической функцией обратного магнитного поля. Это и
приводит к осцилляциям де Гааза-ван Альфена в нашем случае. Амплитуда
экспоненциально подавлена в меру энергетической щели и магнитного поля.
Также показано, что амплитуда таких осцилляций сама есть периодическая
функция обратной температуры с периодом, определяемым комбинацией из
энергетической щели и магнитного поля.
