1st Starliner astronaut launch delayed to May 17

ULA has decided to replace a malfunctioning valve, which will require rolling the Starliner-Atlas V stack off the launch pad and back to an assembly building. As as result, CFT's launch is now targeted for no earlier than May 17, NASA announced in an update on Tuesday.
