We have lots of stories for your daily read, starting with more than 40% of respondents to a recent NSF survey experienced harassment during Antarctic research expeditions. Due to Antarctica's remote nature, it's often seen as a common analog for spaceflight or stay on a future moon base or Mars settlement. From the results of this survey, the NSF has pledged to work with its own participants, as well as to share information with other organizations working in remote environments, for assessment, prevention and follow-up.
Other headlines today include warped exoplanet-forming disks hinting at why planets in our solar system are tilted, the "Alien: Earth" director explaining how he kept original "Alien" themes and props in the new hit series and NASA unveiling a new Orion mission control room for Artemis 2. We have all that and more in your newsletter.
Thanks for exploring with us.
Keep looking up,
