Уважаемые коллеги!

На заседании Ученого совета ИТФ в пятницу 22.11 в 11:30 будут заслушаны
3 доклада:

1) Алексей Мельников

Исследование спин-орбитального движения и управления поляризацией в
накопительном кольце для поиска электрического дипольного момента лёгких
ядер

Электрический Дипольный Момент (ЭДМ) есть фундаментальная характеристика
элементарных частиц. Найденные в эксперименте значения ЭДМ установят
существенные ограничения на параметры Стандартной Модели. Перспективным
методом поиска ЭДМ заряженных частиц является исследование
спин-орбитального движения поляризованного пучка в
ускорителе-накопителе. Ключевые этапы эксперимента представляют собой
управление поляризацией и минимизацию эффектов спин-декогеренции.

Касательно первого этапа были исследованы особенности управления
поляризацией в области целочисленного и высокочастотного спинового
резонанса. Касательно второго этапа эксперимента аналитически и численно
исследовано нелинейное спин-орбитальное движение частиц, получено и
верифицировано в численном эксперименте аналитическое выражение
эффективного Лоренц-фактора, учтено влияние спиновых резонансов на
декогеренцию, также представлена модернизированная структура
накопительного кольца для поиска ЭДМ.

Результаты данного исследования способствуют проведению прецизионных
экспериментов с поляризованными пучками на ускорителях комплекса NICA в
Дубне.

О задаче Новикова с большим числом квазипериодов и ее обобщениях

Рассматривается задача Новикова об описании геометрии линий уровня
квазипериодических функций на плоскости. Мы рассматриваем здесь наиболее
общий случай, когда число квазипериодов функции не ограничено. Главным
предметом исследования является при этом появление открытых линий
уровня, либо замкнутых линий уровня сколь угодно больших размеров,
играющих важную роль во многих динамических системах, связанных с
задачей Новикова. Как можно показать при этом, результаты, полученные
для квазипериодических функций на плоскости, могут быть обобщены и на
многомерный случай. В этом случае мы имеем дело с обобщенной задачей
Новикова, а именно, задачей описания поверхностей уровня
квазипериодических функций в пространстве произвольной размерности.

Особенности $\tau$ - приближения для хаотических электронных траекторий
на сложных поверхностях Ферми

Рассматривается особое поведение магнитопроводимости металлов,
возникающее при появлении хаотических электронных траекторий на
поверхности Ферми. Такое поведение обусловлено рассеянием электронов на
особых точках динамической системы, описывающей динамику электронов в
пространстве квазиимпульсов, и вызываемым малоугловым рассеянием
электронов на фононах. В этой ситуации, система описывается
``нестандартным&#039;&#039; временем релаксации, которое и играет
основную роль в определенном интервале значений температуры и магнитного
поля.

The International Space Station took some evasive action on Tuesday (Nov. 19). A Russian Progress cargo ship that's docked to the ISS fired its thrusters for 5.5 minutes on Tuesday afternoon beginning at 3:09 p.m. EST (2009 GMT). The goal was to make sure the orbiting complex dodged a potentially dangerous piece of space junk.

Curiosity rover captures strange sulfur stones in 360 view
