As his giant, yearning eyes begin to tear up, Beppo presses buttons on his communications soundboard to ask mission control's John Mulaney: "Beppo … go … home?" Pained, Mulaney wonders how to explain death to Beppo. Sweet Beppo forces us to remember the naïve animals who have indeed been sent to space -- especially the beings who went there believing they'd come home safely, but did not. When asked for his last words, Beppo presses a button that delivers a simple message: "help." Would Laika the space dog have had any last words? What about Gordo the squirrel monkey? Laska the mouse? Would they have been the same as Beppo's? Уважаемые коллеги!

На заседании Ученого совета ИТФ в пятницу 08.11 в 11:30 будут заслушаны
2 доклада:

1). А. А. Люблинская, П. А. Носов, И. С. Бурмистров
Неустойчивость темнового состояния в двухзонной фермионной системе с
диссипацией, сохраняющей число частиц

Мы рассматриваем класс двухзонных фермионных систем, подверженных
диссипации, сохраняющей общее число частиц. По построению эти модели
имеют гарантированное устойчивое состояние -- темновое состояние -- с
полностью заполненной нижней зоной и пустой верхней зоной. В пределе
слабой диссипации мы выводим уравнения, описывающие динамику фермионной
плотности на больших масштабах длины и времени. Они принадлежат к классу
реакционно-диффузионных уравнений
Фишера-Колмогорова-Петровского-Пискунова. Наш анализ показывает, что
темновое состояние является неустойчивым, уступая место новому
устойчивому состоянию с конечной плотностью частиц в верхней зоне. Таким
образом, диссипативные системы с сохраняющимся числом частиц, вероятно,
не являются надежным универсальным инструментом для стабилизации
темновых состояний.

2). Пархоменко С.Е.
Конформный бутстрап и зеркальная симметрия состояний в моделях Гепнера
4-х мерной суперструны.

Рассмотрены две явные конструкции состояний в орбифолдах
произведения $N=2$ суперконформных минимальных моделях, которые основаны
на твистовании спектральным потоком и требовании аксиом конформного
бутстрапа. Показано, что эти конструкции естественно приводят к взаимно
дуальным группам Берглунда-Хюбша-Кравица и определяют зеркальные пары
изоморфных моделей. Затем мы обобщаем эти конструкции на модели Гепнера
компактификации суперструн и доказываем эквивалентность суперструн типа
IIA и типа IIB.
