A rogue 3-ton piece rocket debris just collided with the moon

A rogue rocket stage ended its seven-year space odyssey today, finally slamming into the far side of the moon. NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter will hunt for its grave.

Space Force plans to send a patrol probe out past the moon

These plans, the video showed, include extending space awareness capabilities beyond geostationary orbit with the help of a new satellite called the Cislunar Highway Patrol System.

British rocket startup's staff helping defend Dnipro, Ukraine's space city
