На заседании Ученого совета ИТФ в пятницу 21.02 в 11:30 будет заслушано
2 доклада:

1) Влияние экструзии петель на корреляции между парами контактами
участков интерфазных хромосом

Усредненные по большим популяциям клеток карты контактов, полученные с
помощью метода определения конформации хромосом, предоставляют важную
информацию о средней частоте контактов между парами локусов хроматина в
зависимости от генетического расстояния между ними. Однако эти наборы
данных ничего не говорят нам о совместной статистике одновременных
контактов между геномными локусами отдельно взятой хромосомы. Такого
рода статистическая информация может быть извлечена с помощью Hi-C
метода, который способен обнаруживать большую долю одновременных
контактов в пределах одной клетки, а также с помощью сочетания
современных методов флуоресцентного окрашивания и микроскопии высокого
разрешения. Мотивированные перспективой скорого появления
соответствующих экспериментальных данных, в данной работе мы
теоретически промоделировали совместную статистику пар контактов,
расположенных вдоль линии, перпендикулярной главной диагонали карты
контактов отдельной хромосомы. Анализ проводится в рамках модели
идеальной полимерной цепи с подавленным беспорядком случайных петель,
что, как показали предыдущие исследования, позволяет учитывать влияние
процесса экструзии петель на конформационные свойства интерфазного
хроматина.

2) О корректности постановки задачи моделирования кинетического
уравнения для капиллярных волн.

В последнее время в литературе часто обсуждается проблема корректности
постановки задачи описания взаимодействия волн в рамках кинетического
уравнения для различных моделей. В данной работе рассматривается
кинетическое уравнение для капиллярных волн на поверхности жидкости.
Понимая, что полное доказательство корректности постановки задачи через
численный эксперимент невозможно, рассматриваются результаты ряда
численных экспериментов, подобных выполненным в недавней работе
arXiv:2109.02477 (Phys. Rev. Lett., vol. 129, p. 034101 (2022)).
Показано, что если правильно учесть скелинги параметров в кинетическом
уравнении, то результаты полностью совпадают. Это означает, что как
минимум при таком диапазоне параметров численный эксперимент
качественно, а, скорее всего, и количественно, описывается кинетическим
уравнение для капиллярных волн.
