Уважаемые коллеги,

В пятницу 3 марта 2023 года в 11:30 состоится коллоквиум, на котором
будет заслушан доклад:

*Двумерные электронные системы под микроволновым облучением:
индуцированные излучением магнетоосцилляции и динамическая доменная
структура**

В докладе будет сделан обзор современного состояния проблемы
микроволнового фотоотклика двумерных электронных систем с акцентом на
результаты автора доклада. Основные тезисы:
1. Индуцированные излучением гигантские магнетоосцилляции сопротивления
и проводимости являются объемным эффектом. Основными механизмами
возникновения осцилляций считаются: (а) неравновесное заполнение уровней
Ландау и (б) непрямые переходы с поглощением фотонов. Существование
первого из механизмов доказано экспериментально наблюдением
магнетоосцилляций емкости в двухслойной электронной системе.
2. Магнетоосцилляции фотогальванических параметров (микроволновых
фото-ЭДС и фототока) обусловлены загибом зон около контактов и
нарушением в неравновесном состоянии соотношения Эйнштейна между
проводимостью и коэффициентом диффузии.
3. В минимумах основных магнетоосцилляций сопротивление и диссипативная
проводимость стремятся к нулю ("zero-resistance states"), что, согласно
теории, является проявлением спонтанного образования доменов холловского
электрического поля. Экспериментально обнаружена динамическая доменная
структура, в которой в стационарных внешних условиях происходят
квазипериодические перевороты электрического поля в доменах.
Теоретически и экспериментально показано, что такая динамика обусловлена
экранировкой электрического поля доменов зарядами слоя легирования.
4. Основными проблемами на сегодняшний день представляются объяснение
существующих экспериментов в режиме циклотронного резонанса, а также
согласование особенностей в поглощении микроволнового излучения, в
основном определяемых магнетоплазмонами, с одночастичным друдевским
поглощением, используемым в теории. Экспериментальные результаты по
поглощению излучения свидетельствуют в пользу сосуществования обоих
механизмов.
