Aпocтoлoв Управление скирмионами типа Нееля с помощью неоднородного электрического поля Мы изучаем теоретически возможность управления скирмионами типа Нееля с помощью неоднородного электрического поля, источником которого служит тонкий заряженный зонд. Электрическое поле действует на неоднородную намагниченность благодаря магнитоэлектрическому эффекту, что было предсказано ещё в 1980х, но только недавно подверждено в эксперименте: поле приводит к смещению доменных стенок и рождению доменов. Используя аналитический подход, мы показываем, что этот же эффект должен приводить в движение скирмионы, изменять их размер, а также создавать и уничтожать их. Кроме того, электрическое поле может создавать и поддерживать существование скирмионов отрицательной киральности, а также скирмиониумов. Мы детально исследовали условия и значения параметров, при которых можно реализовать вышеуказанное, и составили фазовую диаграмму в координатах "расстояние до зонда - интенсивность поля", показывающую соответствующие возможности. Кроме того, мы предлагаем теоретический проект устройства, в котором несколько зондов могут перемещать, создавать и уничтожать скирмионы. Аналитические результаты верифицированы численным микромагнитным моделирование. It seems like there's a lot of them lately doesn't it? SpaceX aims to launch its Starship V3 megarocket tonight. SpaceX is also going public with its IPO next month, so there will be quite a lot of attention on tonight's test flight.
