Hubble telescope spots doomed star that is the 'Rosetta stone' of supernovas

A new supernova captured by the Hubble Space Telescope may act as a decoder for other star explosions. Scientists are dubbing the event, known as SN 2020fqv, as the "Rosetta Stone of supernovas."
